Acquired From Brains Brewery In July 2021 We have 8 spacious letting rooms Over 2 floors all recently renovated during an approx 500,000 conversion by Brains Brewery over 2019/2020.

 

Set by the harbour in New Quay as you return up the one way system its on your right hand side, captain rendevouz to its right and the pepper pot to the left.
 

All communication is relayed via a messaging service when you book with us, but we're always on hand to answer any questions you have regarding your stay in New Quay so please email us prior to booking or arrival and we'll do our best to answer any questions.

This is an unmanned property, but Once you have checked in we are contactable 24hrs a day. Contactable details are in your room or here on the website.

Just a few bits to be aware of 

 

• Due to the angle of the property we do not advertise any front facing room with a sea view. 

• Please be aware there are steps up to the front of the property and in some of the rooms as stated in room descriptions also quite steep stairs to the 1st floor 

• There is no lift in the property / Ramp access to Room 1 Captain Cat is via the rear ( rock street car park ) 

• We do not allow dogs in the property 

• Please bare in mind if the weather is hot we do not supply fans or fridges in the rooms  

• All The Rooms are Doubles ( King Size Bed )  & Prices are per room, per night On A Room Only Basis

• This is an unmanned property, with no reception area, and no food service facilities

• All complimentary items shampoo, shower gel, soap, tea coffee etc. are subject to availability, there have been difficulties recently obtaining some items. If they are not in your room we apologies 

• Check In is from 4pm due to increased cleaning and staffing between our 2 properties, so please work with us on this. If you enter the room before this time and housekeeping haven't finished then the will not complete the cleaning.

All rooms are booked on a ROOM ONLY BASIS and are from £109 per night prices will stay the same for 2024 even with all the price increases with energy and consumables

Booking Is Cheaper Via Us Direct Than Through Booking.com |  Full Payment Is Taken At The Time Of  Booking FYI - Any booking made via booking.com; we are unable to amend due to a conflict with our channel manager & theirs, causing a potential overbooking scenario and 2 people booked into the same room for this reason we can't amend any booking made via booking.com

Room 1 - Captain Cat; situated at the back of the building is primarily designed as a disabled suite,  a spacious room with wider doors & easy ramp access from Rock Street Car Park.

( we do currently have an issue with a parking space by the gate but are working with Ceredigion Council to resolve this issue )

Rooms are now serviced during your stay if the sign is put out by 11am, Our housekeepers will also be around in the early part of the day if you require anything

We don't have car parking with our rooms but there are council run car parks available in New Quay, one behind the building 

• Rock Street Car Park ( SA45 9NR) is just around the corner/ behind rooms @ the dolau inn, current 2023 prices ( as per Ceredigion county council website  £6.00 per day / £20.60 weekly ticket 

• Church Street Car Park ( SA45 9PB ) set on the road out of New Quay towards Synodd Inn, by the doctors surgery £6.00per day / £20.60 weekly ticket
