So that was our 1st summer season 2021 , and Covid-19

 

After receiving the keys on 30th June 2021 in the middle of a Global Pandemic we hit the ground running, designing a website, launching our online booking system via the website & booking.com,  then taking in our 1st guests on 5th July, not really knowing if and how it would all work .....

 

A new venture with an unmanned property, room only, online bookings, automated messaging and key code entry ......people commented  'no food, no car parking that'll never work !'

but we think it has !

2021 was full for the summer months through to September and October, we know what New Quay is like in the Winter so had no expectations for the latter months of the year into early 2022.

​

We have over the last months taken on board all your comments; both negative & positive, and are going to work through as many changes that are possible.

​

We won't be able to achieve everything due to the way the previous owners renovated the property, cost in the current climate and some of the comments were personal choices by yourselves, but we will look at making as many changes as we can.

We'll remain open throughout each year, with some booking restrictions over the the Christmas/ New Year Periods, but please contact us if you're looking to stay with us over the festive period and availability isn't showing online.
